This page explains the consumer right of withdrawal in the EU, contract termination and cancellation of WTFB services.

1. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of contract conclusion. To exercise the right, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. letter or email).

2. Effects of withdrawal
If you validly withdraw, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your notification. We reimburse using the same means of payment you used, unless expressly agreed otherwise; no fees are charged.
3. Early expiry for digital content
When purchasing WTFx credits (digital content not on a tangible medium), the right of withdrawal expires early if (a) you have expressly agreed that performance begins before the withdrawal period ends, (b) you have acknowledged loss of the withdrawal right by such consent, and (c) the Provider has started performance (WTFx credited or used). See § 356 (5) BGB and Art. 16(m) Directive 2011/83/EU.

5. Cancelling services and subscriptions
WTFB currently sells WTFx credit packages rather than recurring subscriptions. If subscriptions are added later, you will be able to cancel them at any time from your account without unnecessary friction. The cancellation confirmation, end date and remaining access period will be shown by email and in the UI. For current services, you can delete the account in Profile or write to [email protected].
6. Termination button
Pursuant to § 312k BGB, where consumers have paid continuing contracts (e.g. subscriptions) we provide an easily findable 'Cancel contracts here' button. Since we currently offer one-off WTFx purchases and not subscriptions, the button is not required; once subscriptions are introduced, the button will appear on /profile.
