How it works

Below is the full flow from creating a survey to receiving reports. Most projects close within 24–48 hours.

1. Pick a preset

Pick one of 16 templates: landing, checkout, onboarding, pricing, CTA, mobile, idea and more. Each preset is a ready-made tester brief plus a checklist of what to look for.

2. Describe the task

Drop the URL/prototype, write what you want to check, set a deadline. AI helps tighten the question and flag gaps in the brief.

3. Reserve WTFx

WTFx is the internal currency. One report costs ~15–30 WTFx. WTFx are reserved per slot and automatically credited back for any unfilled slots when the task ends.

4. Testers pick up the task

The task appears in the marketplace. Testers with the right rating grab slots, run the scenario and submit screenshots/video/text.

5. AI grades each report

AI scores each report by usefulness, specificity and quality, highlights critical bugs and groups similar issues. You see the score and decide to accept or request revisions.

6. Get insights

In Insights — a risk map, aggregated complaints, quotes, annotated screenshots. Download the report and go fix things.

What about testers?

Testers earn WTFx for accepted reports. WTFx stays inside WTFB: it can be spent on their own projects, surveys, UX checks and landing audits.
